Since our inception in 2011, Our Madison, WI based firm is focused on sustainable management and developing business in small communities throughout Dane County. Kane Property Management's goal is to provide complete transparency for our clients. We use a team of professionals to help perform accounting, property management, and maintenance services at each of our client locations. By combining cloud-based accounting solutions with trained professionals we continue to pioneer innovations that deliver real time information. We are currently servicing accounts in the Dane County area and growing.

I was born and raised in Madison, WI. I come from blue collar family of six and have 3 bothers. I grew up enjoying all sports. My main focus back then was on hockey. Through high school and college, I messed around playing in different hockey leagues, but the business soon had my full attention. I currently live 20 minutes west of Madison and when I’m not busy I like to spend time with family and friends on Madison’s lakes.

I had been working as a maintenance technician for a nonprofit company while pursuing a degree in horticulture. I was approached by a member of the nonprofit company and asked if I would be interested in performing maintenance duties at another one of their facility locations. With some help and great advice, I was able to draft a service agreement for the new facility location and outsource the maintenance services. The service agreement was de-signed well and the nonprofit company I mentioned previous asked for a similar service agreement. Through networking and references from the first two client accounts I was able to secure our first condominium association client and the business has continued to grow from there. Currently Kane Property provides maintenance and management services to several locations in the Dane County area.
